The Seattle Waldorf School was formed in 1980 by a group of adults seeking an enlivened education for Seattle’s children. It has grown to include programs for early childhood education — parent-toddler, preschool and kindergarten — as well as an elementary, middle school and high school encompassing grades one through twelve on three campuses.
Our school is one of nearly 1,000 Waldorf schools worldwide sharing this 85-year old education philosophy.
