Payments through FACTS

Seattle Waldorf School is partnering with FACTS Management Company to assist us in managing our tuition payment program.

New enrollees will receive an invitation email from FACTS with login information.  We ask you to then go to the FACTS site to:

  • Pay your tuition deposit and recommitment or new student fees
  • Establish your tuition payment schedule
  • Select your method of payment

 

The FACTS system offers the following benefits to our families:

  • Convenient online payment plan sign-up
  • Multiple payment options: check, automatic withdraw, credit card (subject to fee)
  • Multiple payment schedules:  pay your tuition in one, three or 12 payments
  • Secure storage of banking and credit card information
  • Real-time account viewing
  • Payment reminders via email, text or US Mail
  • 24/7 Customer service, 866-441-4637
  • Mobile access to your account and to make payments
  • Ability to have a guest payer

Seattle Waldorf School will continue to maintain decision-making control on your tuition account and we are available to discuss with you any special circumstances that may arise.

Payment of non-tuition costs for extracurricular activities, athletics, extended day program attendance, transportation and some books and materials costs will also be processed through the FACTS system.
